With the Snowmass P5 process now upon us, the director has asked the Fermilab scientific staff to examine the priorities with respect to the many possible scientific opportunities now under discussion in order to articulate an affordable and realistic path forward that can garner the support of the US and international HEP communities, P5, DOE, NSF, and Congress. This will be the first of a series of meetings where Fermilab's scientific staff will work to get concencus. The process must be completed by late fall such that our thoughts can be adequately considered by P5.

We are looking forward to the retreat, and your constructive participation. The time scale is short, and we are working on establishing a framework to get full participation from all of you. If you have questions or suggestions, please feel free to contact us.
