This is the first public meeting of the Particle Physics Project Prioritization Panel (P5), which is charged with developing an updated strategic plan for the United States that can be executed over a ten-year timescale, in the context of a twenty-year global vision for the field. Open sessions will be held on the first two days. Topics include Snowmass Inputs and the International Context on 2 November, and the Neutrino Program on 3 November. There will also be a Town Hall meeting in the afternoon of 3 November.
