The Networking Session will provide an opportunity for HEPiX Fall 2007 Workshop attendees to speak with each other over a dinner catered by and held at Charlie Gitto's "On the Hill" (more about The Hill). Dinner and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided as attendees build new working relationships and maintain existing ones. This Networking Session can be important to spark new collaborations and to foster innovation.
The Networking Session will be held the evening of November 7, 2007 from 18:30 to 22:00 CST (GMT-6). Alcoholic drinks may be purchased by individuals using cash (U.S. dollars).
Transportation between Charlie Gitto's and The Parkway Hotel will be provided (even if you are not staying at The Parkway hotel). See both of these location on this map.
