Students will be housed at the nearby Embassy Suites and daily shuttle buses will be provided.
Transportation
Transportation to and from Embassy Suites, and around the Fermilab site will be provided for the students, Monday - Saturday. There will also be a bus provided on Sunday to transport students to a local train station, to take the train into Chicago. There willl also be a return bus Sunday evening. Students should provide their own transportation to and from the airport and anything other than the events listed on the agenda.
Meals
Breakfast: Embassy Suites offers a free made-to-order breakfast every day which is included in your room rate.
Lunch: Students will be on their own for lunch. During session days, the Fermilab Cafeteria will be open and accepts cash (USD), Visa and MasterCard credit cards. On Sunday, the "free day" students are on their own.
Dinner: Fermi Research Alliance, LLC. will host a reception, pizza night and banquet night in which covers three nights. Embassy Suites offers an evening reception with complimentary drinks and hor dourves every evening. Otherwise students are on their own.
Restaurants within walking distance from the hotel include: Bricks Wood Fire Pizza, Jason's Deli, Naf Naf Grill and Subway just to name a few.
