A block of rooms has been set aside at the Berkeley Lab Guest House, Hotel Shattuck Plaza and Double Tree Hotel. Discounted or government rate is dependent upon room availability. Please see individual hotel information below.
To reserve a room at the Berkeley Lab Guest House please call directly to 510-495-8000 and reference the "Project X Collaboration Meeting." You may also make your reservation by faxing in the attached form to fax 510-495-8800. Please do not make your reservations online for the Guest House. Their online web form is not working at this time. Please never email your personal information, for the security of your personal information, but rather relate that information by phone or fax.
- If staying at the Guest House, they will automatically set up your gate passes and parking once they have all your information.

To reserve a room online at the Hotel Shattuck Plaza enter the dates, click "Book Now", click on "Preferred/Corporate Rate Accounts" and enter Group Code: projectx12. Room rates are $119/night plus tax Sunday through Thursday, $139/night plus tax Friday and Saturday.

To reserve a room at the Double Tree Hotel, Berkeley Marina please call directly to 510-548-7920 and refer to the group code PXC for the $99 Lab/government rate.
PLEASE NOTE: Reservations at the Double Tree must be made before March 17, 2012 to take advantage of the special government rate.
The Double Tree Hotel at the Berkeley Marina is farther away from public transportation and the lab shuttle does not run near that location. Your own transportation or a shared ride with someone who has a car is recommended. A Taxi cab is one of the few options available if staying at the Double Tree.
