Description
There is a large international community interested in and pursuing liquid scintillator experiments for precision neutrino physics.  The Frontiers of liquid Scintillator Technology (FroST) workshop aims to bring together this community to discuss the requirements and challenges of moving forwards in this field, to discuss the physics that can be addressed by such detectors, the range of capabilities that can be achieved, ongoing R&D, and the optimal path forwards for this experimental program.
