Exhibit Hall Hours:	Friday, March 18 2016           8:30 am  – 5:30 pm Saturday, March 19, 2016      9:00 am – 5:00 pm Sunday, March 20, 2016        9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Set Up Hours:	Thursday, March 17, 2016     9:00 am – 5:00pm
Tear Down Hours:	After 3:00 pm on Sunday, March 20, 2016
What is Provided:	Two Name badges for the meeting Folding utility table (96" x 30" polyethylene table top). Please note all exhibitor material must fit within this space Two Chairs Wireless internet access Electrical power strips available upon request
Cost:	US$500
Exhibitor Sign-Up Deadline	Tuesday, March 1, 2016 Exhibit space is limited and is assigned on a first come/first served basis.
What is NOT Provided:	Computer equipment and power cords Security storage area Travel arrangements Shipping to/from the show
Security	Limited security will be provided for the Exhibit Hall during the duration of the conference. We strongly recommend that you do NOT leave items of value to the booth or leave your booth unattended during show hours.
Shipping to the show:	Exhibits can be shipped in advance and stored for up to 7 days prior to the workshop. For assistance with delivery or shipping arrangements, please contact Melody Saperston at 630-840-2222 or via email at melody@fnal.gov
Exhibitor Guidelines:	Arrive on time for show hours Provide a minimum of one person to staff the station at all times during exhibit hall hours Bring literature and promotional giveaways – we expect up to 100 attendees at the workshop – plan accordingly Exhibitor assumes responsibility for booking and paying for his or her own travel and expenses Exhibitor assumes responsibility for any personal or company-specific items throughout the show
Cancellation Policy:	Before March 15, 2016 – full refund less $100 processing fee After March 15, 2016 – no refund
