Template Editing Instructions

The following instructions list some of the things you should do to change this from a Template Review to a Real Review.
  • Add the Review to the DUNE Review list
    • goto - https://web.fnal.gov/project/LBNF/ReviewsAndAssessments/SitePages/DUNE%20Reviews%20and%20Workshops.aspx
    • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Add new item' under the first column
    • Item - put your cursor in the Item box
      • Select Insert  tab on the top
      • Select the Link button and then From Address
      • Enter the Name and URL of the Review
    • Date - the days of the review. e.g. April 1-3, 2016
    • Start Date - enter the start date
    • End Date - enter the end date
    • Category - Select the appropriate choice
    • Review Type - Select the appropriate choice
    • Location - Where the review is going to be held
    • Scope - DUNE
    • Click the Save button
  • Review presentations should be uploaded to Indico as normal.
  • Change the email for the support link on the Review Home page to be what you want.
  • Remove helper text from the Review Home page.
  • Edit the Review Documentation Page to add links to documents in DUNE DocDB for the reviewers to read. (Click on the Page for instructions on this).
  • Add the DUNE logo to the home page
    • Download the logo from DUNE DocDB

    • Click the pencil icon along the top
    • Select Layout from the left hand link list
    • Scroll down to the Conference Logo section and upload the logo file
    • click the Upload Logo button after the file is selected
  • Open the registration (or remove it)
    • Click on the Registration link on the left hand side.
    • If you do not want Registration, then click the Disable button.
    • If you want Registration, click the Modify button and change the dates that the registration is open, and make sure the email address is correct.
  • Remove this page from being viewable in the left-hand navigation
    • Click on the pencil icon at the top of the page
    • Select Layout from the left hand navigation
    • Select the Menu tab from the top of the page
    • Select the Template Editing Instructions from the bottom of the list of pages
    • Select the Disable button to remove the page from being listed.  The page will still exist, just not be visible.
