Registration fees

Registration will be open to students who have been accepted to the school. The fees for the school are shown below:

• School tuition:  $550 - tuition includes the cost of all coffee breaks, supplies, transportation to/from hotel/Fermilab daily for those staying at Q Center.
• Hotel (Q Center) :  $1,170 (payable directly to the hotel)
  • ​Single occupancy dorm room for 13 nights 
  • Includes breakfast every day
  • Includes 13 nights - arrival Sunday, August 6th; depart Saturday, August 19
• Option social events:  $30 - one group dinner each week

Awards of financial assistance in the form of tuition and hotel fee waivers accompany each of the acceptance letters.
