Summary:
- Taskforce is focused right now on cryostat penetration/feedthrough needs for single phase (SP). Focus of meeting was to understand benefit of radioactive sources (RS)

- Discussion point: How many positions to deploy RS (8 vs. 12 positions) Warping of cathode plane seen in ICARUS, over drift distance of 300 cm, 1.5% change. Assuming  there are 3 positions for the RS, and a warping of 5cm, 50m. then RS system is sensitive to a variation of 0.25%. Suggestion to follow up with engineers for what warping tolerance is expected which can then be used to determine if more feedthroughs is needed for RS specifically. This can then be propagated to simulation to confirm RS would resolve this problem, done by Jason Stock.

Q: Would source remain in detector? A:  intent is that sources would be removable for replacement and not remain in detector.

- Discussion point: Size of feedthrough. 200mm is minimum, 250 is design, but  with the flange, the space available is actually 234mm. This is too tight for the desired 3cm clearance. Slightly bigger better (275mm) for the radioactive sources. As a result, it is difficult to share the ports.

- Another fun idea (Bob Svoboda) - circulate activated Ar. Would circulate well (10cm in 10 s is workable, depends on flow) but would we want this source and how would it be used? Decays would 1-2 wires, like a SN event. Energy would be fixed (MeV scale electron, gamma source) Instrumentation could be tiny pipes within the APAs. Svoboda and company will investigate daughters of daughters and what the signature would be in the detector.
