Visa and Invitation Letter:
For visitors coming to the United States particularly for this conference, we believe that a B-1 (Business Visitor) visa is appropriate. Nationals of certain countries may not need to apply for a B-1 visa at a U.S. Embassy or Consulate but may be admitted to the U.S. under the equivalent Visa Waiver Program.

Obtaining a Letter of Invitation:
A formal letter of invitation to this meeting will be provided by the Fermilab directorate to those participants who require such a letter to travel to the meeting. Please contact the Pixel 2008 Conference Secretariat to arrange for such a letter.
