What is Provided: 

  • Two exhibitor badges for the meeting
  • Folding utility table (96" x 30" polyethylene table top). Please note all exhibitor material must fit within this space.
  • Two chairs
  • Wireless internet access
  • Electrical power strips available upon request

Cost:

  • $300 includes: badges, table, chairs, table covering, wireless internet
  • $500 includes: above + 20 minute lecture/demonstration to EDIT participants

Exhibitor Sign-Up Deadline

  • March 1, 2018
  • Note: exhibit space is limited and is assigned on a first come/first served basis.

What is NOT Provided: 

  • Computer equipment and power cords
  • Security storage area
  • Travel arrangements
  • Shipping to/from the show

Shipping:

  • Exhibits can be shipped in advance and stored for up to 7 days prior to the workshop. For assistance with delivery or shipping arrangements, please contact conferences@fnal.gov 

Exhibitor Guidelines:

  • Arrive on time for show hours
  • Provide a minimum of one person to staff the station at all times during exhibit hall hours
  • Bring literature and promotional giveaways
  • Exhibitor assumes responsibility for booking and paying for his or her own travel and expenses
  • Exhibitor assumes responsibility for any personal or company-specific items throughout the show

Cancellation Policy:

  • Before March 1, 2018 – full refund less $50 processing fee
  • After March 1, 2018 – no refund
