09:51 → 09:59 Adding a reference to the Code of Conduct in the Collaboration Governance

The DUNE Code of Conduct was approved at the January 2018 IB meeting but there is no reference to it in the Collaboration Governance. The proposal is to add a sentence at the end of Article 2.1: "Members agree to abide by the DUNE Collaboration Code of Conduct (Attachment A-5)."
