Procurement Readiness Reviews (PRRs) are milestone reviews held to initiate the procurement cycle of critical, high-value, or other procurements as necessary. PRRs are primarily technical reviews, but include assessment of the planned vendor evaluation, cost, schedule, and personnel needs to complete the procurement and manufacturing cycle.

The Cryogenics Plant Building includes the elements of work normally included in conventional construction such as earthwork, utilities, structural concrete, structural steel, architectural cladding, finishes, roofing, plumbing, process piping, heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), fire protection, fire detection, lighting and electrical.
