Our full group meeting will be on the Tuesday. I was unable to get a meeting room for the entire day. We will be in the building 327 big room for the morning, and in the User Center Dining Room for the afternoon. For those coming in early or staying in Wednesday, we will meet up on Wilson Hall 9th floor (Southwest side).
We definitely want presentations on
- where you are in your projects
- what are the plans for the next three to six months
- where are you at with spending and project timelines
We will also cover what is necessary for the upcoming review
- materials needed
- any software available and posted
- science highlights
Zoom will be connected for those interested in attending remotely. The zoom meeting ID will be the same one used for the weekly calls.
