There is a block of rooms set aside, beginning May 4 (about 7 rooms),
and then the remaining 13 rooms for the nights of 5/5, and 5/6, departing
on 5/7. If someone needs to stay on over the night of 5/7, there should
not be any problem. The room rate for all rooms (the majority of which
will be King Suites) is $74 per night plus 11% tax, bringing the total up
to $82.14 per night. This includes a complimentary breakfast each morning.
Participants should call the hotel direct at 1-630-208-8811 or fax the hotel
at 1-630-208-7844 and give the hotel the code "HEPIRS09." If for some
reason the front desk does not recognize this code, just tell people to tell the
hotel that they are coming in for a workshop at Fermilab. If anyone has any

There is a restaurant (and bar), the Country House, within walking distance
of the hotel. They have sandwiches and full dinners. It is important that you
provide yourselves with your own transportation because the Fermilab vicinity
does not have an extensive public transportation system.
