Questions: we want to collect questions from the community to the Computational Frontier organization team; we have time to discuss some of the questions during the kick-off workshop (selected by the topical group conveners), and will answer the other questions offline.

Lightning talks: we have foreseen some time during the kickoff workshop for 5 min lightning talks. The topical group conveners will select talks for the foreseen plenary session, and might delegate some to the parallel sessions of the topical groups, or schedule them at a later point during topical group meetings.

We are scheduling two slots for community feedback and will design a compelling program selecting out of the Q&As and lightning talks
