As per DUNE bylaws, votes will be collected by individual, not by institution.
Anyone who has been an official DUNE collaborator since February 12, 2020 is eligible to vote.
This includes PhDs or equivalent, engineers, and graduate students.
Voting will close on midnight CST on Thursday February 25, 2021. Votes received after this date and time will not be counted.
The new Co-Spokesperson will be announced on March 3.
