Dean and Tony explained the type of the pulse testing that is needed to gain confidence in the lens for the g-2 pulse scenario. Explained that a 12Hz average pulse test will need to be accomplished and maybe a modification to the test power supply to pulse at the g-2 scenario. Because Howie and Ken were not present we decided to have an addition meeting.

Max Inverter setting is 2500 Hz
Discussed if command into Inverter board could be modified and it is now believed it can in order to direct control.
Discussed if there were other parts of the Lens power supply that needed to be modified to accomidate the 12Hz
test. It was decided that the firing pulse board should be tested and some of the resistors changed to compinsated for extra power.
Procedure for testing: ( Could start as soon as Tue Feb 7)
1) Test firing board.
2) Modify NIM module with new chip to run 12Hz.
3) Run supply at 10Hz and low output I (KA) at 12Hz
4) Check items in power supply for heat/ thermal problems.
