This community-wide virtual event will review and revise the Topical Group reports from the Community Engagement Frontier. We will begin the workshop by reviewing the outline and recommendations of each CEF Topical Group report. Then there will be a series of three Feedback and Editing sessions. The seven TGs will be separated into two breakout rooms for the Feedback sessions. These will be opportunities for colleagues from other topical groups and the broader Snowmass community to provide comments and inputs to improve each TG report, and to discuss coverage of topics that span multiple TGs. The three Feedback sessions will each have different groupings of TGs. After each Feedback session, the TGs will be directed to separate breakout rooms where they will work on editing their TG Reports to incorporate feedback they have just received.
On the last day of the workshop, each TG will present a brief summary of the revisions they have made to their reports over the previous two days. The workshop will conclude with a discussion of plans and preparations for CEF sessions in the Community Summer Study. The final products of this workshop will be a complete set of finished CEF Topical Group Reports ready to be submitted to the arXiv.
We encourage the broader Snowmass community to participate and provide feedback on the CEF Topical Group reports, and gain a better understanding of what to expect from CEF during the CSS.
