A three-member ad hoc officer election committee appointed by the SBN-IB executes the election. The members of the committee are selected from SBN-IB members and cannot be candidates in the election. The appointment of the committee is managed by the current SBN-IB chair. The chair of the election ad hoc committee, who manages the election is selected by the committee.
