The fees for the school are the following:
- Registration Fee and Social Fees are TBD
- Hotel cost: Hampton Inn - includes breakfast - www.chicagonaperville.hamptoninn.com
- Single occupancy: $129 / night + tax
- Double occupancy: $65 / night + tax per person
- The Fermilab Conference Office will handle reservations for all rooms. Please fill in the relevant sections of the registration form.
- We will make roommate assignments for those requesting double occupancy, but who do not specify a roomate
- Payment will be made directly to the hotel
The available funding for the school this year does not permit us to extend assistance for travel or lodging.
