We should renew our commitment to the E&O committee each year at the first DUNE WEEK

DUNE E&O Working Group
We will have more people working on our projects who will be part of the DUNE E&O Working Group
Sophie Butchart (Kate PhD student) will be in the team
We will invite them once a month to give talks on their work and updates
They will be awarded FTE (work for the group, pre-decided, not any outreach work)
We will work to give them poster and talk presentations at E&O tracks at conferences (publications)
Mentors and supervisors should be given thank yous, and get recognition through their student/postdoc
