- Update on planning for Tianlai Collaboration meeting/ 21 cm Cosmology Workshop in Hangzhou meeting 2024.
- Haijun reviewed the website and candidates for the SOC. Reza proposed delaying invitations to key speakers until the SOC membership is confirmed. Xuelei will invite some SOC members. Reza has SOC candidates he will share by email. Peter suggested and will invite Danny Jacobs.
- Possible additional topics: DESI, LSST for cross-correlation
- Registration prices slightly higher than Shenzhang meeting b/c July is popular time for tourists. Early bird registration will be available to collaboration members.
- Status of Tianlai site. Jixia reports HV power line being installed, arrays off line temporarily.

- Olivier will give a review of previous study of TDA calibration by bright point sources
- Next meeting in 2 weeks: Dec 5
