Welcome! Fermilab's Society of Women Engineers (fSWE) is excited to host your dedicated visit ON SITE! We hope to help build a vision of your career with us, as we showcase the some of the work, facilities, and people at Fermilab. Please come with a smile and a curious mind!

A few reminders:

  • Participants must be 18years and older.
  • Participants must be a full or part time student at Morton Community College or a teacher/faculty member affiliated with Morton Community College .
  • All participants must have a Real-ID or passport for site-access. (Refer to get-connected.fnal.gov/real-id-at-fermilab/)
  • For safety reasons, closed-toe shoes are required for all participants. 
  • Refer to eshq.fnal.gov/covid-19-community-levels/ for current levels
    • During a Low and Medium Community Levels, masks are NOT required on site unless otherwise posted.
    • During High Community Levels, masks are required to access indoor areas.

      Fermilab has 2 main entrances – one at Kirk Road and Pine Street in Batavia, and another on Batavia Road in Warrenville (accessible from Rte 59). It is recommended for business visitors to enter through the Batavia Rd entrance.

      Upon arrival, show your QR codes and real IDs at the security gates. You will then be directed to Aspen East for guest badging. Please allow for about 30mins to receive your guest badges at Aspen East.

      Once everyone has received their guest badges, please proceed to Wilson Hall. Your fSWE host will meet your group in at the front of the Wilson Hall Atrium Lobby.
