Fermilab Onsite Access

**Note that all onsite attendees MUST register by the end of Monday, June 24, 2024**

You must have onsite access to attend the meeting in person. Processing may take up to 2 weeks for approval. We recommend you start the onsite access process upon registration.

Do you have a badge with an expiration date that is valid through the dates of the event (July 8-9, 2024)? – No action is required.

If you have previously submitted an access request with onsite dates that cover the dates July 8-9, 2024, DO NOT submit another form. Please proceed to make a badge appointment via the scheduler.

If neither of the above apply: Do you have an active Fermilab User/Affiliate Computing Account? Yes - please proceed to Onsite Access Request  No - please proceed to Account and Access Request and select “Affiliate or User” (when asked for “Affiliation” please choose your collaboration, experiment or project)
