Shuttle access to LBL is highly suggested due to parking restrictions.

Taking the Berkeley Lab Shuttle from Downtown Berkeley
You will find the LBL shuttle stop in front of the Jupiter restaurant (see the map below). You want to take the Blue Uphill shuttle. When you get on the shuttle you will need to show your site access email approving you to come on site. Once the bus arrives at the main gate you may be asked to disembark from the shuttle to check in with the gate staff. Your name will be on the site access list you will need to show state-issued identification. Once the gate has verified your visit you will be allowed to continue up the hill to Building 50 (Days 1 and 3) or Building 66 (day 2).
