Social Events
We are pleased to invite all attendees to social events to enjoy Mérida’s rich culture and vibrant atmosphere while connecting with fellow participants.
• Welcome Cocktail: Join us on Monday, March 24, 2025, from 18:00 to 20:00 at the Hotel Fiesta Americana for a welcome cocktail.
• Social Dinner: Our main social event, the conference dinner, will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at the Hotel Fiesta Americana. The evening will feature a performance by the musical and folkloric group from the Autonomous University of Yucatán, offering a taste of the traditional music and dance of the region.
• Excursion to Chichen Itza and Valladolid: On Thursday, March 27, 2025, we will visit the renowned archaeological site of Chichen Itza, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, followed by an exploration of the beautiful colonial city of Valladolid. This guided excursion will allow participants to experience the fascinating history and cultural heritage of the Yucatán Peninsula.
