Candidates should ensure their materials are submitted by September 15, 2024 for full consideration. The selection of students will be made by the organizing committee. Early application is encouraged and all applicants will be informed whether or not they have been selected by October 1, 2024.

REGISTRATION FEES
The registration fee is $100, and includes:
- Transportation to and from Hampton Inn and Fermilab
- Coffee breaks and social events
- Supplies and administrative costs
