You will be provided with a ReadyTalk link which will allow you to see shared desktops and to share your own desktop if necessary. System requirements can be found here (click this link to test your system). Audio is provided through a dial-in number. You will be prompted for a meeting ID, followed by the "pound sign" (#). If your phone doesn't have that key, wait 15 seconds and you'll be connected without it. In the US, the dial-in number is 866.740.1260. International dial-in numbers can be found here.
