A conference for graduate students, postdocs, and undergrads to present their work to an audience of peers in a low-pressure environment. This conference is organized by the Fermilab Student and Postdoc Association and serves as a preamble to the annual Fermilab Users Meeting.
New Perspectives has grown to be a highlight of Fermilab's conference program because it provides the student and postdoc faction of the Users community with an opportunity to gain experience and learn from their peers.
