The talk will summarize main conclusions of the Snowmass 2013 particle physics community efforts to develop list of future projects/experiments for the field. The Snowmass process will be followed by P5 panel which will start working soon and has a charge to prioritize proposed projects based on the funding expected to be available over next 10 years. We will discuss basic steps of the P5 process and how challenging the task facing P5 followed by how we can help P5 to make optimal choices.
