Vendors of products and services in laser safety and education are invited to exhibit at the 11th DOE Laser Safety Officer Workshop.  Exhibitor registration will provide you with space to exhibit and admission to the Workshop and Banquet Dinner.

* Additional company members who are interested in attending the Banquet Dinner are invited to purchase tickets for an additional fee of $50 per person.

  • Exhibit space is limited and is assigned on a first come/first served basis.

Security

Limited security will be provided for the Exhibit Hall during the duration of the conference. We strongly recommend that you do NOT leave items of value to the booth or leave your booth unattended during show hours.


Shipping to the show:

Exhibits can be shipped in advance and stored for up to 7 days prior to the workshop. For assistance with delivery or shipping arrangements, please contact Melody Saperston at 630-840-2222


Exhibitor Guidelines:

  • Arrive on time for show hours
  • Provide a minimum of one person to staff the station at all times during exhibit hall hours
  • Bring literature and promotional giveaways of nominal value ($25 or less) – we expect up to 200 attendees at the conference – plan accordingly
  • Exhibitor agrees to use signage and graphics supplied by the LSO workshop
  • Exhibitor assumes responsibility for booking and paying for his or her own travel and expenses
  • Exhibitor assumes responsibility for any personal or company-specific items throughout the show

Hyatt House rooms include a hot breakfast, beer and wine and appetizers, Monday thru Thursday evenings from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and free wi-fi. Hyatt Place rooms include a hot breakfast and free wi-fi. Both hotels are located about 6 miles from Wilson Hall. Free shuttle service is available from Hyatt Place and Hyatt House to and from Fermilab, however gratuity for the driver is not included.
