Organizational meeting for recently-funded DOE/SC/ASCR SENSE project that focuses on establishing an inter-domain Software-Defined Networking (SDN) framework. The meeting is intended for SENSE collaboration participants. Location/Dates: The meeting will be hosted at Fermilab, in Batavia, Illinois. General information on visiting Fermilab, including site access, maps, and directions is available at: http://www.fnal.gov/pub/visiting/hours/ Site Access Requirements: No gate passes or badges are required to enter the Fermilab site, or go to the meeting location(s). A valid photo ID, such as a driver's license, will need to be provided at the gate. The gate guard can provide directions to the meeting site. ("Feynman Computing Center' works fine with Google maps...) Meeting Room(s): The meeting will be held in the Feynman Computing Center, in the 2nd floor FCC2A conference room. However, ample parking is always available directly across the street. Suggested Lodging: Comfort Inn Suites; Geneva, Illinois. It is located approximately 3 miles from the Laboratory. They offer a Fermilab rate of $78/night for a standard room, and $84 for king suite. You will need to ask for the Fermilab rate when making the reservation [(630) 208-8811]; you can not use their online reservation or 800 number to get it.
