Registration information
The conference fee will cover the Welcome Reception (Sunday, July 22), the Conference Dinner (Wednesday, July 25), breakfasts and lunches for the whole duration of the conference, venue costs, conference package, refreshments (coffee breaks and poster session) and proceedings.
- An early bird conference fee of $450 will apply before Friday, May 4 2018 (postponed to May 9).
- After the early bird deadline, a regular conference fee of $550 applies.
- The deadline for registration is Friday, June 15 2018

If you are interested in a conference excursion, you must choose your excursion during the registration/payment process (there will not be on-site options for excursion). Reduced conference fee
A reduced conference fee is of $350 is available for a limited number of participants with very limited financial resources (students, young postdocs). The deadline for a reduced fee application is Friday, March 16 2018. The reduced fee must be paid before Friday, May 4 2018, otherwise the regular fee of $550 has to be paid.

Fees for accompanying persons
There are two fees available for accompanying persons.
The fee of $450 includes breakfasts and lunches for the whole duration of the conference. Welcome Reception (Sunday, July 22), the Conference Dinner (Wednesday, July 25) and refreshments (coffee breaks and poster session).
