09:01 → 09:02 Linac

Recovered from a vacuum burp in the source.  Linac is running good.

09:02 → 09:03 Booster

Currently running well.  Efficiency is currently down by a percent.  The is tuning in progress to recover the efficiency.  BRF20 had problems overnight and was bypassed.  BRF16 was turned on in place of BRF20.  With help from FESS, there has been maintenance done on the Booster gallery AC unit in preparation for summer running.

• Running well.  Had a horn trip on rep rate, but there had been no recent change in the rate.  Trip reset and the horn seems to be running fine.

09:04 → 09:13 BNB Experiments

Mostly running well.  MicroBoone is seeing some DAQ instability.   

09:13 → 09:18 Main Injector & Recycler

Running well.  Continuing to monitor the vacuum at MI52, which was a problem last weekend.  If there is down time, would change conditions at MI52 and then run a RGA scan.  Need approximately half an hour for setup and scan.

09:18 → 09:19 NuMI

Running well.  NuMI kicker which had been problematic has settled down.

09:19 → 09:20 NuMI Experiments

Running well.

09:20 → 09:21 Muon Rings

Good running the last 2 days.  Have moved in the momentum scrapers to remove off momentum beam that is not useful.  There is a chipmunk at AP30 that needs to move to a dedicated circuit.  Prep work is being done for that move.  Adjusted alarm limits on AP0 dump temps.  May do some studies during this morning’s trolley run.

Running well with a consistent set of problems.  The hall is hot and will need to understand how to run in the summer.  There will be a trolley run this morning.  

09:22 → 09:23 SY120

Running well.  MS2 cooling towers need to be cleaned.  Will run a beam study to the switchyard dump this afternoon.

09:23 → 09:24 SY120 Experiments

Currently running good.  Beam to MTest will be off from noon till 17:00 for work.

09:27 → 09:28 EE Support

Replace the CVT on the upper MI30 bend supply on Monday.

09:28 → 09:29 Mechanical

Continuing to monitor the MI vacuum at MI52.  Will assist with the cleaning of the MS2 cooling towers.  There were some tripped ion pumps in the Recycler and these were reported to the MCR.

Bring cooling and AC units on line for summer running.  There is a water line break at MS1.  This break will not be fixed, and the line will be isolated and capped off.  The motor bearing repair on CUB chiller 4 has started and will take a week.  Currently cleaning AC units at the MI building.
