Scientific Programme

The goals of this workshop are to:
1) summarize progress since the last workshop
2) define some explicit R&D tasks for the subsystems
3) identify institutions interested in performing the R&D
4) formally document items 2) & 3).

To facilitate the last three goals, the workshop will include parallel sessions during which working groups can discuss and formulate specific replies. It is expected that draft documents will be ready by the end of the workshop.
