ACCOMMODATIONS
A block of rooms has been reserved at the prestigious Pheasant Run Resort in St. Charles, Illinois, some 8 miles from the Fermilab site. Rooms range in price from $69 per night to $189 per night. All rooms have wireless internet access and will be available from Saturday, August 27 through Friday, September 2. Note the conference will provide free bus service from Pheasant Run to Fermilab each day of the conference, and to the University of Chicago on Weds. Aug 31.
Pheasant Run Room Selections:
The Courtyard Rooms at $69 per night offer golf or pool views, and are available with two double beds or one king.
Golf Wing Rooms at $89 per night offer views of the 18-hole championship golf course a small pond with a beautiful fountain, and the Resorts famous indoor-outdoor pool. These rooms are also available with two double beds or one single king size bed.
Tower Rooms, also available at $89 per night, are located in the 16 story Tower and offer spectacular views of the 18-hole championship golf course, the town of St. Charles, and the Fox River Valley.
The luxurious Tower Suites at $159 per night are penthouse suites on the 16th floor overlooking the entire Resort. They have a large living area with couch and chairs, one and one-half bath, and a separate bedroom.
RESERVATIONS
The guaranteed hotel reservation cut-off date was July 28, 2011. Rooms are now available at the conference rate on a space available basis only. Please contact Pheasant Run directly.
IF YOU ARE MAKING LATE ARRANGEMENTS:
If you are making your housing arrangements late and cannot get a room at Pheasant Run, please note that there are three other affordable hotels within walking distance of Pheasant Run (allowing you to use the bus service to Fermilab) These are:

Cancellations: If a reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date, your credit card will not be charged and any deposit made will be refunded. If a reservation is not cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date, one night's accommodation (plus applicable state and city taxes in effect at the time) will be charged. If you do not arrive on the first night, guaranteed reservations are cancelled, and one night's accommodation (plus applicable state and city taxes in effect at the time) will be charged.
