It is with great pleasure that we extend our warmest invitation to you to attend the 56th Annual Users Meeting. The conference will take place on June 28-30, 2023, at the prestigious Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, and promises to be an enriching and informative experience.

This meeting provides an opportunity for Fermilab users and employees to discuss the latest and leading-edge physics results from the experimental and theory programs occurring at the laboratory, as well as exciting new future initiatives at Fermilab. This year's meeting, themed "NEW IDEAS FOR FUTURE PROJECTS", will showcase cutting-edge scientific advancements and discoveries taking place at Fermilab. We are especially thrilled to announce that our esteemed Associate Laboratory Director, James Amundson, will be delivering the keynote address.

Additionally, we are excited to inform you about a special presentation on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) that will take place at the Users Meeting. The presentation is titled "From Missing Particles to Missing Scientists: A Personal Perspective" and will be given by Dr. Claire Malone from The Lightyear Foundation.

We wholeheartedly encourage your physical attendance as we are optimistic that this year's meeting will provide a much-needed opportunity to reconnect with colleagues and peers after the past three years of virtual/hybrid interactions. On the evening of June 27, 2023, we will be hosting the annual Festa Italiana, while a Picnic/BBQ will take place at Kuhn Barn on June 29, 2023.

It is our hope that you will join us in making this year's Users meeting an immense success. In addition, we are excited to announce that the Fermilab Student and Postdoc Association will be holding the New Perspectives meeting on June 26-27, 2023, a gathering we highly recommend attending. Moreover, we are thrilled to announce that FSPA will be organizing a BBQ on June 26, 2023, adding an extra element of fun to the gathering.

We look forward to your participation, contribution, and support in making this year's Users Meeting a resounding success.
