The meeting will be held at Pembroke College, Oxford.
Timetable:
The general meeting will start with lunch at 12:00 PM on 8th January and will finish at around 4:30 PM on 9th January.
The IB meeting will take place from 10 AM - 12 PM on 8th January.
Directions:
The Pembroke College web page has good directions. Pembroke is close to the train station.
Parking:
There is some info on parking here. Generally parking in Oxford is somewhat expensive. Taking the train is recommended.
Accommodation:
Participants are advised to book their own accommodation. A wide variety of hotels are available close to the University.
Meeting rooms:
All sessions are plenary and will be held in the Pichette Auditorium, in the Rokos Quad at Pembroke.
Dinner:
We will have dinner in the Pembroke Hall on the evening of Jan 8.
