The conference will take place at the Courtyard Charleston Historic District Hotel. The hotel's address is 125 Calhoun Street, Charleston, SC 29401, across from the historic Marion Square in Charleston. The registration will start on Sunday, June 2nd, and continue throughout the day on Monday, June 3rd. The conference table will be available throughout the conference, although at a limited capacity. High-speed Internet is available throughout the hotel.
If you are staying in the hotel and need to park your car, there is a hotel parking lot with in-and-out privileges for $39/day.
The conference will start on Monday, June 3rd, at 8:30 a.m. All lectures will take place in the Cypress Ballroom. A continental breakfast will be available each day at 8:00 a.m. in the hallway next to the Cypress Ballroom. All coffee breaks will take place there as well.
We invite you to the Welcome Reception at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, June 3rd, at the hotel's atrium. The banquet will take place on Thursday, June 6th, at 7:00 p.m. in the Cypress Room. No lectures are scheduled for Wednesday afternoon so that you can explore Charleston.
