All rooms are for 10 nights; arriving on Sunday, July 21 and departing on Friday, August 2. Discounted room rates are also available 2 days prior and 2 days after the school dates, if necessary.

MEALS
Breakfast
The Hampton Inn offers complimentary breakfast every day and is included in your room rate.
Lunch
Students will be on their own for lunch. During session days, the Fermilab Cafeteria will be open and accepts cash (USD), Visa and MasterCard. Orders can be placed in the cafeteria from the kiosks. Or, bypass the lines and click here to order in advance for pickup.
On Saturday and Sunday, the "free weekend", students are on their own. Restaurants are available within walking distance to the hotel (see below).
Dinner
Fermi Research Alliance, LLC. will host a reception and banquet, covering two nights. Otherwise students are on their own.
Restaurants within walking distance to the hotel: Bricks Wood Fire Pizza, Jason's Deli, Pita Inn, and Naf Naf Grill, just to name a few.
TRANSPORTATION
TO AND FROM AIRPORT & HOTEL
Transportation to and from Chicago O'Hare Airport or Midway Airport is available by car rental, limousine, or rideshare.
Car Rental
Car rental companies (such as Hertz, Avis, Budget and National) are located at each airport. Look for signs upon landing.
Limousine
Reservations for limousine service should be made in advance when possible. West Suburban Limousine services both airports: 1-800-345-LIMO or 630-668-9600. For pickup instructions after you arrive at O'Hare Airport or Midway Airport, call 1-800-942-LIMO.
Rideshare
Chicago O'Hare Airport and Midway Airport use Lyft or Uber
- O'Hare rideshare pickups are located in Terminal 2. Look for signs.
- Midway rideshare pickups are located at Door 4. Look for signs.
TO AND FROM HOTEL & FERMILAB
Bus transportation will be provided to and from the Hampton Inn and Fermilab, Monday through Friday, during the school.
