Run Coordination news
Speaker:
Wesley Ketchum
(Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory)
EHN1 activities (in some version of priority for readiness for beam next week)
Configuration management
Creating SSH+K8s configs together
Scripts from Tiago available, starting to integrate now into 'cleaner' management of configs
Providing cleaner management of configs for shifters / experts to create
Wes working on now
Performance at higher trigger rates
Kernel isolation on readout servers
Matthew Man and performance team looking into this
Use of new storage server / understanding network bandwidth and performance limitations
Should revisit once kernel isolation pieces complete
Tuning of timeouts / operational parameters, trigger config
Wes to work on this later this week, targeting some '12 hour' data challenge toward end of week
Likely need to tune TPG to not interfere with beam triggering.
DQM for shifters
Script to transfer data to rscratch 'analysis' location
PDS group took interest, may be working on this in coming days
automated analysis scripts
automated plotting scripts
Timing commands as triggers for PDS calibration on APA1
Dennis and Diana working on this ... supporting as I can from remote
Operations preparation
Expert training and documentation
Wes aiming for expert training at CERN for Thursday morning
Configurations for the beam trigger
Work with Penn team early next week as part of beam commissioning
Shifter documentation review and DAQ checklist
Wes started this for some things, will be trying to roll something out by Wednesday

John, Software Coordination:
Wrapping up the fddaq-v4.4.2 release today (i.e., the work that comes after getting the builds on cvmfs). Release-wide tags are in; documentation needs to be released, merges into production/v4 will be done given the go-ahead, and "setup_dbt fddaq-v4.4.2" will get aliased to "setup_dbt latest_v4" (itself an alias to "setup_dbt v8.3.0").
The first ever public Software Coordination meeting will be held this Thursday at 9:30. I'll send out an official email.
