You must obtain access approval before arriving onsite.
The access approval process could take anywhere from a few days to weeks depending on the specific situation, so we encourage you to register for the workshop as soon as possible.
For the participants to the Higgs Factory Committee Meeting, an access request will be automatically created for you when you register to the workshop. You will receive an email from Fermilab Service Desk <fermi@servicenowservices.com> containing your access request number.
Upon approval, you will receive an informal invitation (for US citizens) or a formal invitation (for non-US citizens) with a QR code.
