OSG is gathering high-quality photos of some project and consortium members to use in brochures and posters. The targeted individuals were chosen to match up with a set of activities selected to convey what OSG participants do and how researchers benefit from OSG. Targeted individuals will receive an email message from "aheavey at fnal.gov".
If you have not been targeted but would like to highlight your contribution to OSG or your experiences using OSG, please feel free to contact Anne Heavey aheavey@fnal.gov, either ahead of time or in person during the scheduled photo session, and she'll schedule you for a photo.
We cannot guarantee that we will use all of the photographed individuals in our promotional materials.
The photo shoot will be:
Time: | Tuesday March 4, 2008 from 12:00 - 15:00 |
Room: | Southwest Day Office, a small conference room on the first floor. Margaret Buedel from RENCI will be at the registration table and can direct you. |
