The Trapped Charged Particles 2018 (TCP2018), will be held in Traverse City, Michigan, in the U.S. from Sunday, September 30 through Friday, October 5, 2018. Approximately 100 people are expected to attend this event which is hosted by the National Superconducting Cyclotron Laboratory (NSCL) and Facility for Rare Isotope Beams (FRIB) at Michigan State University (MSU).

The following packages are offered
Promoter Level – US$400
Company name and web link will be included on the conference web pages. In addition, the company name and logo (if provided) will appear on conference publications (conference signage, abstract booklet and be listed in the conference proceedings).
Distributor Level – US$650
In addition to company name dispersal provided at the Promoter Level, the company is invited to provide product information for distribution to all conference participants. Companies participating at this sponsorship level will assume all costs related with material reproduction and shipping to the conference organizers at least one week prior to the start of the conference.
Exhibitor Level – US$900
Company is invited to send up to two (2) representatives to exhibit products during the conference. One product table with AC power will be made available near the break area starting Monday, September 30 at 9am and concluding Thursday, October 4 by 5pm. Representatives can attend the TCP2018 scientific program sessions. Company will also receive the benefits listed above for the Distributor and Promoter levels.

Company Logos/Artwork
All exhibitors and sponsors are required to supply an electronic version of their logo (300dpi) for inclusion in the conference program and on the conference website (along with applicable signage). Sponsors will be contacted for graphics to be used in promotional materials and on the conference website once their full payment is received. Deadline for artwork submission is August 1, 2018.
