BNL Guest Registration Instructions:
All participants who are non-US citizens without a valid BNL guest ID must enter their information into the BNL Guest Information System (GIS) for site access:

The GIS form will ask a series of questions, here are answers relevant to this workshop: Subject code: High Energy Physics Access requested: Physical on-site access to BNL Visit Justification: DUNE Computing Workshop - Dates Aug. 14,15 and 16. Field of work: High Energy Physics Host: Mary Bishai or Steven Kettell BNL Department: Physics Department (PO) Research facility: NONE Beamline: None or Unknown Research type: Not applicable Type of Visa: Put down OT (other) if you dont have one yet. For visa waiver countries there are two options in the drop down menu: "Waiver Business" and "Waiver Tourist". Sponsored Visa: No (you do not require a BNL sponsored visa)
Non-US participants will need to upload a CV to the GIS form. It is important that there are no unexplained gaps in your employment or educational record.
