On-site participants with laptops, tablets, smartphones, etc. that require internet access during the workshop, must be registered in BNL's Network Access Registration database in order to access the internet.
Registering your computer device can be done via the device's web browser upon first connecting to BNL's network; however, the registration process will require a BNL life or guest number.
If you do not have a BNL-assigned life or guest number, a specially generated conference key will be provided to you on the first day of the workshop. This conference key is only valid during the actual days of the workshop. Please use this conference key in place of the BNL-assigned life or guest number when registering your device.
