ULITIMA 2018 requires two parts before your registration is considered complete and you can attend.
- Complete the meeting registration, including payment
- Early Registration Fee $300
- Regular Registration Fee $400 (After August 13)
- Exhibitors: $750 (including one person); registration registration for additional persons
- Optional Conference Dinner Fee $65
- Complete the Argonne Site Access Form
The meeting registration fee covers coffee breaks, lunches, administrative & AV support.
Cancellation Fees: $50 before September 6, 2018
100% of registration fees on or after September 6, 2018
