A323

Energy Sciences Building (241)

Description
The HEP–FCE is intended to identify and address frontier HEP computational challenges that range from rapidly evolving computer architectures and incorporation of advanced technology to shared software elements needed across the field. It will assist in enabling flow of information and best practices across HEP research frontiers, develop computational training resources, help design resource support models for smaller-scale projects, and serve as a contact point for exchanging information regarding external partnerships and connections including those with DOE ASCR, NSF, NASA, CERN, and industry. The HEP-FCE will also provide a discussion platform for HEP data management issues
